REMOVAL OF TREES AT TOLGA STATE SCHOOL
We wish to inform the public that the 2017 end of year arborist report indicated an urgent need for the removal of trees on our site.  This was due to the trees being unsafe for staff and students and having a high risk of large components of the tree falling and injurying members of our school community.
We would like to thank the community for their support and understanding as this process takes place.

Tolga State Primary School, situated 6 kilometres from Atherton, Far North Queensland was established in 1895. It is part of the Atherton cluster of educators and is actively involved in developing curriculum and teaching practices, and student and staff development activities which assist our students' education.

The Parents and Community Association and parent/volunteer assistance strengthen the school learning environment and help maximise school/communities partnerships.
